Partial Wedding Planning
If you’ve chosen your venue and maybe a few vendors but feel stuck, partial planning can help. This service guides you in finding additional vendors, helps you manage your budget, your mood board, and keeps you involved while an expert supports you every step of the way.
Partial planning can begin up to six months before the wedding day.
PRIOR TO BOOKING
- Initial consultation: One complimentary phone call to discuss your vision and needs.
AFTER BOOKING
- 1.5 hours initial planning consultation (via Zoom or phone) to review your plans, go over budget, create mood board, create a preliminary timeline and layout, and go over day of logistics, as well as any planning questions.
6 MONTHS BEFORE WEDDING
- 1 hr zoom call to review and confirm details.
- Unlimited communication via email, phone, or text with your coordinator begins.
- Help finding vendors (except venue)
- Finalized mood boards
- Create digital mockups
- Assist with budget tracking
THREE WEEKS BEFORE WEDDING
- 1 final planning call (Zoom) to review and confirm final details.
- Unlimited communication via email, phone, or text with your coordinator.
- Finalization of timeline and layout.
- Vendor coordination and communication begins to ensure all details are aligned.
- Coordination of ceremony rehearsal
DAY OF
- One dedicated coordinator to oversee your wedding.
- Coverage of up to 12 hours on the event day.
- Full vendor management and on-site coordination to execute the timeline.
- Access to use our table scape and welcome area decor - ask us for our decor list
-Complementary custom acrylic welcome sign (24"x36")
- Set-up and styling of personal decor (table numbers, name tags, cake decor, welcome table decor)
*Prices may increase based on location, guest count, event magnitude, and DIY/decor responsibilities
