Wedding Day of Coordination
You handled the planning, we'll handle the logistics on your wedding day so you don’t have to. Our coordination services begin three weeks before the wedding. We’ll review your plans, confirm details with vendors, and make any necessary tweaks to ensure everything runs smoothly.
PRIOR TO BOOKING
- Initial consultation: One complimentary phone call to discuss your vision and needs.
AFTER BOOKING
- 1-hour initial planning consultation (via Zoom or phone) to review your plans, create a preliminary timeline and layout, and go over any planning questions.
THREE WEEKS BEFORE WEDDING
- 1 final planning call (Zoom) to review and confirm final details.
- Unlimited communication via email, phone, or text with your coordinator.
- Finalization of timeline and layout.
- Vendor coordination and communication begins to ensure all details are aligned.
- Coordination of ceremony rehearsal
DAY OF
- One dedicated coordinator to oversee your wedding.
- Coverage of up to 12 hours on the event day.
- Full vendor management and on-site coordination to execute the timeline.
- Access to use our table scape and welcome area decor - ask us for our decor list
-Complementary acrylic welcome sign (24"x36")
- Set-up and styling of personal decor (table numbers, name tags, cake decor, welcome table decor)
